National Telehealth Center
The Center will utilize information technology (IT) as a mechanism for making continuing education, consultation, and exchange of ideas and information more accessible to the health professionals and the general public. Satellite nodes will be placed at the DOH regional medical centers/hospitals, selected PMA affiliate societies, and other health professional organizations. Some "must know" services will be free of charge while others will be for resource generation.
UP Manila shall improve health care delivery to the general public through ideas and information exchange utilizing information technology.
Specific Objectives
1. To develop the institutional capability and facility for information technology networking

Overall, these courses aim to strengthen capacity among healthcare professionals, researchers, IT specialists, and policymakers by equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to support digital transformation in healthcare systems. Description: NTHC shall provide technical assistance and strategic guidance in health IT governance, enterprise architecture, design and implementation of digital health interventions, interoperability and health information exchange, and the sustainability and scale-up of digital health systems, including capacity building and institutional strengthening support.
