The program covers the areas of audiologic evaluation, audiologic habilitation, hearing conservation, and the development of audiology service delivery programs primarily in the Philippines.\\ \\ ==== Date of BOR Approval (Institution) ==== 1999\\ \\ ==== Program Learning Outcomes ==== The MClinAud program aims to develop graduates who: - perform audiologic procedures exhibiting advanced competencies; - exhibit clinical reasoning in the assessment and management of audiologic conditions; - communicate effectively in the practice of audiology; - engage actively in interprofessional practice; - adhere to professional and ethical standards; - promote the development of audiology in the Philippines; and - engage in lifelong personal and professional development. ==== Admission Requirements ==== - Good scholastic record from any recognized institution of higher learning - Bachelor of Science degree (Health science graduates with a background in anatomy, physiology, and basic clinical skills will be given priority for the initial offering.) - Undergo an entrance interview - Duly accomplished Application Form NGOHS (downloadable through the website: ngohs.upm.edu.ph) - Comply with the General requirements found on the 2nd page of Application Form (UPM-NGS-OP-01F1) ==== Graduation Requirements ==== - Complete a total of 300 client contact hours.
