Over two decades on, that mission remains.\\ \\ We develop faculty expertise in blended learning, educational technology, and evidence-based instructional design. Through our workshops, faculty consultations, and management of the Academic Resources and Accessible Learning (ARAL), the UP Manila Virtual Learning Environment VLE, we have supported hundreds of educators in becoming more deliberate and effective teachers.\\ \\ More recently, the ILC has taken a leading role in shaping institutional policy on the responsible use of artificial intelligence in education. \\ \\ Our outcomes are measured not only by the number of faculty trained, but by the ripple effect of better-prepared educators on students, patients, and communities. We remain committed to equipping UP Manila's health sciences faculty with the tools and confidence to teach with innovation, intentionality, and lasting impact.\\ \\ **Dr. Iris Thiele C.
